Galaxy equivalent to apple Notification centre for smart watch notifications

Hello, Google isn't helping so I'm hoping someone on here can. 

What is the equivalent of the enabling the 'Notification centre' on iPhone? I'm trying to select what notifcations I get on my watch (garmin), with apple if I selected the Notification centre I would get them on my watch as well on my phone. I only want selected notifcations sent to my watch not them all. 

All the info I have found is about galaxy watches which I don't have.

This a Samsung forum site so I don't think you'll get any Apple information on here unless someone has an iPhone.

Same thing applies you're using a Garmin watch and this is a Samsung forum so I'm not sure if anyone can be any use to you
