Free galaxy watch with flip claim form

When buying and paying in full for this phone the offer was to claim a free watch. The claim form is closed . This is major false advertising and a misleading way of getting people to buy your phone to then find out after you don't actually get a watch free.

I used to like Samsung but they suck!! They lost a forever customer here.

No I didn't think I works be going through this as the person I spoke to on the phone told me they would fix it at no cost to me.

@josey40: I'm not familiar with any active promotions that offer the Galaxy Watch 4 with the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Please can you confirm where you purchased the phone from, as this may be a retailer specific offer? Furthermore, please provide a link to the claim site you visited, so I can get a better understanding of the issue.

They never even asked for proof,  no they would not honor the deal they are crooks that are taking advantage of the American people.  They do not care about their customers at all.
