Tried phoning my local Samsung Experience store to get a price for getting a screen protector fitted on a Flip3 and a Fold3 to no avail, they keep putting the phone down on me after being sat on hold for 20+ minutes. Anyone has had any experience with doing this who can help out or any Samsung mods who can jump in on this?
Nope, they did that for me. I traveled 2 hours to one of their stores that I had an appointment for and they gave me the runaround too.
The only thing we can do is to continue to destroy their reputation.
Samsung sucks. Absolutely no satisfaction only a continuous no stop maze of handoffs.
