FOLD 6 SLIM FIT S PEN CASE

Hi,

With the new fold 6 S PEN case there is a design problem. I've also seen YOUTUBE review reporting the same.

The issue being with the part of the case that fits over the front/ outer screen. With the fold in the closed position, as one views the outer screen, on the LEFT hand side, the case will not stay fixed to the phone. This means the left hand edge of the case, as one faces the phone, moves about. The installation instructions followed carefully. If you use the members app then you can give the feedback though the support icon botton right next to the forum icon in the centre, the discover page is far left.

Hi, I think @BandOfBrothers is saying that you can feed this back directly to Samsung via your members app. Tap the Support tab at the bottom of the page and tap 'Ask Questions' under the 'Send feedback' heading.

You can access the forum via the app or via your url browser @Sausage1 

In the Samsung Members App is a route to send feedback direct to Samsung.

I have same issue with my case, I love my new phone, hate the case. Never had a problem with the Fold4 case. Also navy phone ordered but sent a grey case!

Hi. Same here, fold 5 equivalent case was ok, but not this one.

Oh interesting. I noticed mine was moving yesterday.

I assumed the issue was me.

Same problem with the free case being the wrong colour - but I brought my own as I had the same issue with the fold 4

I did the feedback, the result was that I should do a post on the community, which I did already, so not much point in reporting it. I expect it will go into the can't be bothered to do anything about it box. Anyway, I'm changing the case for a new one but I expect that will have the same design fault.
