So I woke up this morning and my phone said there was an update available so I selected install now phone restarted and updated at normal but now my WiFi and hotspot absolutely will not turn on Bluetooth still works as does mobile data I have restarted the phone I have reset the settings I have hard reset by holding buttons I have deleted cache partition and factory reset my device no idea what else to do help?
I was about to factory reset my phone, but seeing that it didn't resolve the issue for you, I won't bother doing that and save myself the stress. I sincerely hope that Samsung pushes out an update that will resolve this issue
This is beyond frustrating. My WiFi and Hot Spot no longer work. I have just spent two hours trying every thing suggested. Nothing works. $1800 for a piece of useless junk! Its obvious Samsung is aware of this but no new update to fix. This has been an issue since 2022 and Samsung had no resolution. Class Action Lawsuit for all ZFold users who can't use their phones is what they need to wake them up. Fix the issue Samsung!
I have only had the problem since the latest update I wouldn't have put up with it for over a year tbh my phone is still in warranty and when I get chance I will go to the samsung repair center they have told me they will fix it or exchange it for free
So I have installed the latest update and the wifi is still broken I'm gonna take my phone to the repair center this weekend I will update with what they say and if they can fix the issue
After going to the repair center they said that it was physical damage witch I disagree with as it was fine before the update and then they also told me the warentee is void because of a tiny dot of a scuff on the side of the phone by the sim card slot that is literally smaller than the hole for the pin of the sim card slot god awfull customer support I payed for the extended warranty aswell I wouldn't of bothered if I knew I had to basically leave the phone in the box and never use it for it to be valid
