Fold 3 wifi not turning on

I've saw a few posts with people having issues with wifi not turning on. Everything that has been suggested has been tried. Reboot, reset network settings, master reset. Nothing works! Sent the phone to Samsung for repair and they returned it saying no fault found. I'm not silly, there definitely is a fault as it will not turn on at all. And today Bluetooth wouldn't connect even though its turned on. £1600 device and Samsung won't accept there is a problem. Can anyone suggest next steps before I lose all my hair!?

I experienced the same problem. Unfortunately this is a hardware problem, the wifi module is exactly located in the flip area of the screen. Therefore the screen must be replaced too. The cots is estimated $500. This is a flaw design of the screen that makes the wifi module vulnerable.  I will never buy fold phone from samsung anymore

how to report this to samsung admin? i hope they are aware of this issue

I am sure they are aware. Many have bought extended warrant and they go get battery, screen replacements. Seems that that is the thing to do next time you buy a Samsung.

I just thing it is a design flaw that they should address and recall. Will not buy another FOLD if they never address and resolve the issue. Use handphone since the water bottle Motorola, and since there are Wi-Fi, never had a Wi-fi module dying.

Facing same issue since last 5-7 days. Definitely after I updated my phone to 5.1. as soon as i open the fold wifi switches off and phone restarts automatically. Then wifi doesn't switch on at all.

I am having the exact same issue now.

No wifi, crashes and restarts.

Samsung wants me to pay for the repair, and a new screen here in Denmark.

They should recall this phone and provide free replacement since this is a pure design flaw. The failure rate is really high.

If no action from Samsung, then don't ever buy Samsung phone anymore

Now when open, I got no audio. So cannot watch YouTube on big screen. Don't tell me the audio module also linked to screen and WiFi?

Guys! So I had a scratch guard on the fold. I removed it and bingo, phone isn't restarting anymore! Don't know how and why this worked. But just tried and phone's working all fine now. But wifi still isn't turning on. But that's fine.

I removed mine before the latest update cos it is coming off at the fold line. Every time I close it it made like a shattering sound so I removed it. Wi-fi non-existence since latest firmware update. No restarting issues.

yes this is the logical explanation. My wife's phone wifi died down together with the inner screen. Definitely the wifi module is the weak link !
