I've saw a few posts with people having issues with wifi not turning on. Everything that has been suggested has been tried. Reboot, reset network settings, master reset. Nothing works! Sent the phone to Samsung for repair and they returned it saying no fault found. I'm not silly, there definitely is a fault as it will not turn on at all. And today Bluetooth wouldn't connect even though its turned on. £1600 device and Samsung won't accept there is a problem. Can anyone suggest next steps before I lose all my hair!?

I now have my 3rd Fold 3 which I hope will last a year or more. Based on experience, highly unlikely.

geez sorry to hear that and sorry to all of us facing this issue. it's rather frustrating when we don't know what is causing it. when Samsung Service Centre returned the phone to you they dare to say there's no fault even when the Wifi still can't be turn ON? did you make a fuss? did they give you any suggestion how to address this issue? now yours even escalated till Bluetooth can't connect. 😞

It actually started getting buggy with the screen. I have insurance through Tmobile who replaced my original after similar issue developed. The replacement started with WiFi radio going out, then, a week later the screens started going off both inside and outside screens. So, TMobile has replaceed it again. I now have my 3rd Fold 3 in less than 3 years.

I have exact the same issues after out of warranty and recent update UI. 4/2024. My problems were: no wifi, no hotspot, no cameras, no torch, text message jumping, black inner screen.

However  I managed to get it back working normal except the inner screen by now.

What I did.

1. Do all Reset Settings inside the phone. Not full factory reset.

2. Fold n unfold the phone several times gently.

3. Remove all Smart Things. And unnecessary apps.

4. Get into SAFEMODE

5. Try to turn on off several times all the functions, while including fold n unfold gently.

6. Restart to normal mode. They came back to normal working everything, except still has black inner screen. But at least I can use the phone well with all functions n front screen now which I need to bring to Samsung to ask a replacement.

Hope this can help someone too.

I have the same problem, sent it for repair. Got a quote for £500÷ said screen needed replacing, however nothing wrong with my screen. Spoke to them, I was told that they don't do partial repairs. As I only wanted my WiFi fixed. They have sent phone back. If I put my car in for a repair for brakes and they quote lots of other issues. I can just pay for brakes. Don't understand how companies can get away with this.

I have the same problem... Besides the wifi, the speaker doesn't work, after only two years of use. I bought it new. I can only talk using earphones... Samsung Service Center does not respond, unless you leave it with a fee, without guarantee.

I think the problem is the fold... if it moves, then a mechanical issue can be the problem. I know there is cable connected in both sides...it can be loose...or disconnected.

Best solution for me: going back to IPhone. I never had a problem. I will miss the Samsung big screen, but these problems are unacceptable.
