Flip 6 Secure folder not working

I got a flip 6 from office where MDM is insalled. Now Im not able to install nor use Secure folder as it says "security policy restricts from using secure folder" when I access secure folder option. IT team says, Knox is blocking it. Samsung customer service says MDM is blokcing it!

Can anyone help how can i use it since i have been using it on my previous samsung devices.

Hi there 👋, usually when MDM lock is installed it resctics what you can do with device like certain apps, security features etc so they can control and manage remotly what's available to you and what's not.

As above there is no solution to this.

Your office have effectively added security that stops it being used.

Can't give you what isn't there....
