@Jet196856: At this stage, please can you confirm which app you are using to access your emails? Furthermore, what happens when you attempt to access your emails? For instance, do you get any error messages or notifications?
In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can access your emails via a browser app (Samsung Internet or Chrome) by heading to your providers Home page, and signing in from there.
