Flip 6 front screen freezes and USB port doea not charge

It's so frustrating having thsi issue i never had this problem when I was with the s series I changes over to the z flip and so many issues this happend after the last update my charging port does not charge only wireless charge and my front screen keeps freezing I don't know what I'm doing wrong I look after my phone well and I have plenty of memory but after thsi last update I have taken of my protector screens I have bought wireless chargers and it's really annoying that's ita Xmas ans I need to find them to get myself to a samsung shop and get someone to look at the phone as I have done hard rest many times and sometimes it works and some times it does not work and this is one of teh times it works so I thought I will make a post as community might respond faster then a samsung agent

It's not your fault but that's the common fault with using a flip one of the reasons I wouldn't consider switching over to the Flip's or Folds. Too many issues.

I understand that you are frustrated with this. 

I think the best route is to indeed let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

Hi

Have tried wipe cache partition on your phone?

You can also try safe mode to see if there's 3rd party apps causing this issue:

A follow up message I went front not charging to frozen screen and now black screen this phoen is only 6 months old I so hate myself for switching from teh s series I have never had so much issues with a Samsung product before in Iver 10 years like I am having with the flip 6 I can't even connect it to computer to take off anything and I don't feel comfortable handing my phone in to a technician I hope I warranty helps ans samsung don't make it difficult fir me to get a replacement the worse feeling is when your ohoen goes black screen and there's nothing you can do everything I see on youtibe it's like making it worse and be the comments loons like this is a common problem with the flip phones if only I was not so hesitant ti keep getting phones on release date now I feel helpless can anyone let me know how I can atleast connect it to my PC as the cable does not connect

Hey there

Sorry to hear of your issues with your Flip 6..

You'll need to reach out to Samsung Customer Service to arrange a repair in the first instance.

Before you do, is there "any" damage to the device / has it been dropped at all? (Samsung devices have software in the background that engineers can access to check how the device has been looked after).

Assuming all is good, book the repair so they can see what the issue is and hopefully fix under warranty.

Samsung wont replace until they've looked to repair.

"Make sure the charging cable ans charger are properly connected if this keeps happening frequently try changing charger"
 

This is the message I get it looks like it's charging but slow either way that's the message when at best its connected nit many times it does not connect but when the rarw moments it connects this is the message I get the problem is when I connect it to the PC it will not connect I want to take off private docs before I take it to samsung care but I can't connect to the computer and I have original USB and I have tried many varios cables is there anything I can do to connect my samsung flip 6 to my PC to transfer files before I take it to samsung care as this issue only started on the 19th of December
