Flip 4 screen won't turn on

Hi all

My wife has the flip 4 and 90% of the time the screen will not come on when the phone is opened. Most of the time only a reset makes it work. It used to do this when charging only and seemed to need to cool down, now it's pretty much all of the time. Any advice?

I would suggest to book the phone in with a Samsung Service Centre @Nttwill for the phone to be assessed.
