Dropped fold 4 can't create account with assurant

I broke my inner screen when it got dropped but now trying to make a claim with assurant with Samsung care plus and it doesn't recognise my contract number and I can not see a contact number for them. Anyone has this issue?

Have you found the solution yet to your problem? I am also having the same issue, where I never recieved a contract number and my certificate apparently has a wrong Dob on it, so I can't make an assurant account.

I am also having the same issue. How can not find my account by contract number nor my surname/DOB?

Your date of birth would of been set to the date you placed the order

The years only go up to 2005 unfortunately. I tried typing 2022 but it returns an incorrect DOB error. How was the service they provided? Did you got you Samsung Fold all sorted?

Give them a call, that's how I got it fixed in the end
