Well, my camera issues seems to be fixed. I contacted the support agents and they took me thru the normal tests, update software, safe mode and eventually factory reset, all to no avail. So it got sent to the service support centre. They took it apart, new batteries, full diagnostics etc received it back yesterday and it seems all is working perfectly. The process was seemless and I give it 9 out of 10. One thing though I love the way they take your phone away and then send you texts as well as phone calls to your mobile number. Good job I had an old Tab A6 with sim capability. It wouldn't fit in my back pocket though ha.
