Good afternoon I am thinking about buying fold 5. As it is an expensive phone I am wondering if there are anyone would be able to share a link with me that have reliable statistics about the fold failure rate. I know that Samsung is the only one that may has it. But this the Internet afterall
To me it's interesting the contradictory information that you can get from the Internet. My main goal is to have it for three or four years at least
Thank alot for such a great community

I have a galaxy fold 4 and started having problems with it after 22 months of very little use the inside screen protector started to bubble. I sent it away to Samsung. Had it repaired had the phone for another three months after I got it back opened it up one morning and had a black line down the fold of the inner screen and the screen was unresponsive . As the phone was then over two years old it had surpassed the single one year warranty Samsung provided and the further one year warranty Vodafone the provider provided. As a loyal customer of Vodafone for over 30 years I took the phone back to them who are happy for me to organise the repair or replacement through them. However they couldn't proceed further in the repair application without ticking that I acknowledged that there would be a $500 repair fee, because the system recognised it was one or two months out of warranty
