I'm having issues trying to redeem my 12 months disney plus, I've logged in and it then asks to select a device, after that no code appears nor email

None of the suggestions here work for me. Can't redeem anything in boost

This doesn't work for me and many others. There's a post on Reddit where lots of people are having this problem

1 - Make sure you've registered your device in your Samsung Account or through the Members app.
2 - 1 - go to https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disney/
3 - sign in to your Samsung account when prompted to do so ...
4 - refresh the page and then click on the Disney offer in Categories and then you should see the pic here and
Then go to www. disney+.com/redeem and then paste the code into the first screen etc etc ...
You'll only be able to claim a code once , as I said previously, the Boost Page checks the EIMI number on your device.

I am sorry I could not help you , I hope you appreciate that I have tried my best ?
You should contact Disney + and they can take you through it , step- by-step , that is what I did.
I contacted them via the live chat portal on the main Disney + Web page.

Yes!  Pleased to say the Samsung website which gives out Disney+ codes is now working.

I used Samsung Boost App/Samsung Web Browser, and had to try it twice before the "Claim" and "I am not a Robot" appeared.

After this, redeemed the code without problem.  Thanks Samsung.
