Audio Recordings/ Voice notes not working everywhere

Hi so about a week ago I noticed my voice notes on WhatsApp weren't recording audio and instead just plain silence, I tried this on ig and also on the voice recorder app and its the same, no audio gets picked up.  However, videos pick up the audio fine. I have tried cleaning my phone, taking the case off, restarting the phone and everything updated, no Bluetooth devices are connected. I have a Flip Z 3 5g 

Please help !

Same issue. Very annoying. Every 3-5 messages on telegram and whatsapp will record blank. Just had a system update that didn't help at all.

Im also facing same problem. Im using A54 5G. Some times voice messages are ok sometimes its blank. Tested on multiple app eg. Watsapp business, messenger, Watsapp.

Same here , got a flip 3 , won't record audio apart from the vouce recorder app which makes me think it's not a faulty mic .. dud diagnostic and say mic 1 not working 😕

So i sent samsung a report with the issue log and the only good news is that it is a software bug that should be fixed, and not a hardware problem. For me this was really good news

Hey did you find solution?. I have bought new Samsung A54. Just 10 days since I am using. I noticed in my whatsapp randomly some voice notes are blank while others are audible. For example if I send 10 voice notes at a time then 1 or 2 are blank but the others are proper audible. For all the voice notes I held the phone in same position but still I can't figure out

Thank heavens they are now acknowledging that. When I contacted support, weeks ago, I was told that when I installed the last update it must have not installed correctly because my Internet connection must have been slow/faulty. They gave me the most ridiculous set of instructions to try to undo it. Hold this button down with this button, then press that button up, then hold this for 3 seconds, do the hokey pokey, and turn yourself around. Which didn't work. I've just done another update this morning, fingers crossed it is now resolved.

Go into the Samsung Members app. On the bottom right there is a "support" tab. Go there and you should see the option for phone diagnostics, scroll down and there should be a send feedback option, and under there is error reports. There are also options there to contact them, find service centres and so on. Hope that helps 😀
