Are you listening to music etc via the earphones or speakers, and does the issue not happen with either ,or does it happen with both 🤔
To add there is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App too that can test the speakers.
Could it be the streaming app your perhaps using i.e connection issues etc.
Try clearing the cache of any relevant app by long holding down on the app icon and tap the i and then storage > Clear Cache just to see if that helps.
How are calls ?
If necessary a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if you are past any relevant cooling off period.
