Anyone else stuck on "Preparing dispatch" ?

Asked customer support how long it normally stays there, i was told my item is ready to be shipped and i will get it 17th of September ?! Seems rather weird to me if the item is ready why would i need to wait over 2 weeks ?

Same boat, my zflip 4 was stuck in waiting for approval for over a week and a half, it finally changed status 4 days ago to preparing dispatch.... Needless to say they're taking their sweet time to prepare the dispatch... don't think I'll be preordering again 🤣

Had my Fold4 on 16th August, still showed as 'Preparing To Dispatch' until 30th August 🤣

Asked them today and they told me they have my phone ready to be sent for the last 5 days, but still nothing, such a joke honestly.
