Hi,
I'm new to Samsung products as I have used an iPhone since the 4. The release of the new Z Fold 7 has convinced me to make the change so I'm ***** a complete eco system change.
I ordered the Z Fold 7 and Buds Pro 3 in one order and selected 02/08/2025 as my selected delivery date since this is a Saturday. I then ordered the Watch8 separately choosing the same delivery date of 02/08/2025. Finally I ordered the clear case again choosing 02/08/2025 as the delivery date
The issue I have is the orders are all showing as 'Preparing Dispatch' but all have different delivery dates. The Fold 7 shows as 28/07, the Buds and case show as 29/07 and the Watch8 shows 02/08.
Has this happened to anybody else, if so, how confident should I be that the items will actually still arrive on 02/08 rather than arriving early when I likely won't be home to receive the parcels?

Ah, that's annoying. I'm guessing it should be okay since for the phone to arrive on Monday, surely it would already have to be with DPD by now, unless it randomly changes at some point today or early tomorrow 🤔

Yeah a similar thing has happened and mine arrived on 27/06/2025 so almost a week earlier than expected. Its a great phone and I have 0 regrets moving from Apple. Its odd that you couldn't move the delivery date. I had the Buds Pro and the clear case due to arrive today but I changed the delivery date on the DPD app yesterday and its currently being held until Saturday (02/08) as I'll be in the house and the Watch8 also arrives that day. Maybe there is a cut off for when the delivery can be amended?

I've just cancelled a pre-order for Z Fold 7 having been badly messed around over delivery. Have bought direct from Samsung multiple times in the past and the transactions have been flawless. This release has been a disaster. Very disappointing.
