I am being sent the wrong colour phone by Samsung. I called to tell them straight away but they advised me to refused the delivery and start again. Which i dont want to do as its another credit check! I will prefer an exchange or something and I've got 3 different advise from 3 different Samsung advisor. Anyone have this happen to them before? I want the phone just not in purple

They still at it. Ordered the s24 black 1tb and was told 15 days lead time only for a blue one to turn up in 3 days.
when i called them they tried to say they sent the incorrect colour they said it was my error.

This happened to me and we're still trying to get it sorted. We've ordered the Samsung galaxy a15 twice in the colour blue. You'd think that would be simple to understand, but apparently it's not. Both times they've sent the wrong colour (light blue which I think they should have called white because it is white and it's confusing. It's like calling green red, it's just not the same colour). Anyway, it's really annoying as it's now really delaying getting a phone that actually works compared to mine now.
