Hi,

 I also faced the same problem few months ago. I think you give force on your charger pin, due to this your charging is doing slowly. You should try to change the data cable of your charger. I hope it will be work for you. If its does not work, then you follow these steps go to your mobile setting>device care>battery>charging and make sure fast charge is turned on. Please follow these steps, i hope it will be works for you.

If it is already on.... well then it might be a hardware issue (maybe)

fast charging is enabled on the phone so it can't be that, I even done a factory reset a few days ago and that did not work aswell.. I don't know what else it could be?
