I did see an earlier post where the person hadn't even set up a Trade-in. They bought on finance and still received that pop up.
I'd still follow this up with Samsung however it does appear to be a glitch @GezIOM
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Interestingly, I used the 0% finance option too. Maybe that's a factor.

@GezIOM: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue, although you did the right thing by reaching out to the Trade-in Team directly, as they are in the best position to get this resolved for you. They will need to conduct an investigation from their side, however I'm confident that they will be able to unlock your new phone once the necessary checks have been completed. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I suppose security has to be ensured, but as it's the trade-in team that send both delivery and approval emails, they must know they've had the phone and approved it. Let's hope it's just a glitch.

You have commented on my post relating to the pop up, despite me not having used trade in at all. Like you I have noticed that the time still says 72 hours despite it being 48 hours since I first started getting the pop up. I'm hoping that is a good sign that this 'glitch' won't result in our phones being locked before we can get it sorted out!

Fingers crossed it stays that way.
I suppose, for anyone receiving a similar message in error, just trust the process and use the email shown on the notification. Thanks all.
