Some app(games) crashing/ 3d Mark wild stress test

Hey, I tried to play call of duty mobile, or any similar games.

I have noticed after playing for about 20-30 mins some games are crashing.

When doing 3d mark wild stress test also.

Device is not even close to get proply warm when it does crash, so I doubt this  is overheating issue.

Honestly this is getting more and more annoying as this device should be buttery smooth, but from I can see, better cpu/gpu does not always mean better perfomance or I should say stability.

I hope this will get fixed with updates, as for now I cannot really use that power house of the phone and I guess I dont need that much power to scroll on facebook or watching yt videos  so Im trying to use my phone a bit more as it should be able to ;D

Have you noticed smilliar issues ?

I did not noticed those problem on s21 ultra or s24 ultra, so its definitely something with s25 ultra, but Im not an expert, so not sure if this is software issue or more likely hardware

When was the last time you rebooted your device? I'm noticing that many issues people are having are due to RAM. Every "computer" needs to be restarted now and again to clear the RAM.

Simultaneously press and hold the Power button and Volume down button until the phone restarts

Attempt a 3d mark again?

Try with ram plus enabled, if not already

Good idea mate, but sadly, games are like to crash anyway ... I always have like 3 gigs of ram free, so its not the ram issue for sure, I wish soft reebot would fix most of the issues but nah.

Its my second s25 ultra so I doubpt I got 2 faulty devices,

Its already selected on 8 gb by default
