Me neither so I did a web chat with samsung and they gave me a link to use to add my review. On submitting the review the page says you'll get the free starter pack within 30 days.

i understand that we have to leave a review via the link sent to email which is done but still nothing in the post.  And lack of help of customer service too

Yes iv read this but it’s been more than 30 days

Devices only started to land on 31st January with emails starting around end of the first week in February

It has not been over 30 days since you left a review.

The earliest delivery was January 31st—up to 14 days after device delivery, plus an additional 30 days. Even if delivered earlier, it was not 30 days ago, let alone after the review. Unless you are confusing this with the day you bought the device? Which isn't what the terms stated.
