Smart view case

Hi all,

Has anyone info about the smart view case for the new galaxy s25 family? 

Looking like Samsung didn't release for the new series 🤬

When it comes to knock off s-view cases yes, but not the kind I am referring to in this tread. This is well known brand and delivers high quality flip cover wallet cases. And would be a good allrounder/alternative to the oem Samsung ones.

Ok. So I did a little testing to find out how sensitive the older style samsung wireless charging pads (one flat and one standing) that I bought for my s7 edge is. So with the s7 edge in is s-view cover the test is as follows: 

1. Two coins stack on top of each other between the charging pad and the case, no problem with wireless charging.

2. O.5mm plastic piece between the charging pad and the case, no problem with wireless charging. 

3. A 0.5+mm  magnet ring between the charging pad and the case, no problem with wireless charging. 

So my initial concern about the little hinge on the back of the magsafe compatible wallet flip case is most likely not a issue for wireless charging. Regardless I will post the official answer from the manufacturer if they do respond to my request. It sure looks good so far.

Thanks. Just wish I could find a wallet cover case which has the same camera moulded case like the s24 smart view case. All the cases I see leave the camera area open whereas the Samsung smart view moulded around each the camera lenses thus protecting the entire phone perfectly. On so many levels this case was perfect and I agree Samsung have missed the point by doing away with it and with the Bluetooth pen.
The s25 seems to offer so little more than the s24 ultra other than ultra wide camera upgrade. Mine arrives 2mro I will compare the two and maybe send back if don't feel it worth the cost, and certainly the loss of smart view cover and Bluetooth pen is a mark down already for me. If I can find a flip wallet case that moulded around the lenses that may help me keep the s25 ultra

If you look at the case I am choosing it's in fact moulded around the camera lenses, giving it full protection. And the flip will not open since it is secured with magnets. 

Reviews show some upgrades from s24 ultra so you might be surprised.

Yes good as it is i don't want magnetic and I don't like the see thru style. I just want wallet cover case which is moulded around the lenses but seems no one does it. I don't know why they can make basic non flip wallet cases that are lens moulded but not wallet flip cover cases with the lens moulds.. have looked everywhere on net

Yep. Have cancelled an upgrade for exactly the same reason. Pointless decision.

Seems to me that Samsung dropped the ball here, first by reducing the quality of the smart view cover for S24 (it's really flimsy and cheap), now not even offering it for S25. Well, good luck Samsung, I'm not faithful and will buy whatever product/brand I like. Seems not to be the S25 Ultra this year.

Samsung wasn't aiming on S24 ultra users with the s25 ultra either. I don't you they will bring back the s-view cover for next generation, so better of accept the fact that it's gone, same with the spen's bluetooth support.

So found a possible reason for the smart view case being no longer.
The s25 ultra is thinner than the s24 ultra... so much thinner that the camera lenses now protrude further from the body.
The width is now 8.2mm vs the s24 ultra 8.6mm.
But this wud have meant the case needing to be 0.4mm thicker... is that the reason they done away with it?
