Free Case/Charger Shows On Your Orders

If you're wondering if your review was accepted and you'll be getting the free case and charger, then try this. Not sure what made me look, but hey ! 

Go into Your Orders in the Samsung Shop (if you ordered your phone from Samsung direct of course), click on your original S25 order, then on the "view more" and scroll down past the phone, buds etc and on mine it shows the charger and case ! Both say awaiting dispatch....but at least I know the review was accepted and I'll get them eventually!

On the 16th Feb. I had to get a link from Samsung CS on webchat as I hadn't received the email though (mine was delivered on 1st Feb)

Interesting, I too had to get the link and submitted review on 17th Feb but nothing yet showing In my orders, will keep an eye on it

Just to update this that I got an email yesterday to say my case & charger had been dispatched and would arrive today via DPD. And yes, they are here ! 👍

When did you do your review ? Assuming you bought your phone from Samsung direct and used their link for your review ?

Yes bought direct from Samsung and was given the link via livechat. Submitted the review on Saturday.
