Hi. Are you saying you want to have AOD turned off so that you just get a black screen or so that you can keep viewing an app? You can achieve the first by going to Settings, then Lock Screen and AOD. Then click the toggle to turn off the AOD.

To keep a running app visible on screen longer, there is a new plug-in called ″Display Assistant″. You firstly need to install GoodLock from the Samsung app store before downloading the plug-in.
Hope this helps. 1743287772530.jpg

I should add that I have not heard of anyone in the community forums reporting screen burn due to AOD. The clock and the other images move position every minute or so.

Personally, I've been using it for over two years on my S23 Ultra and have no burns.

Found something else related to Smart View, but can't test it at the minute.
In the Smart View section, under the three dots is a Settings option. This has a slider for Keep Phone Screen On. Does that do what you need?1743288374446.jpg1743288374461.jpg

@Members_aH6xOT9: If you wanted to retain access to AOD, but don't want it to display constantly, then please head to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Always On Display > When to show > Select 'Tap to show'. Now, when your screen goes idle, simply tap the screen to reveal the AOD.

Maybe I didn't explain myself well: What interests me is to make sure that the screen turns off completely while using smart view (assuming I'm castling a movie on the TV). What happens is that the screen becomes dark, but both the "smart view" and a button appear to turn the phone back on.

@Members_aH6xOT9: Have you toggled off the Always On Display after following the steps above? If so, please try heading to Settings > Notifications > Lock screen notifications > Notifications to show > Alert notifications only to see if this helps.
