How can I get my Samsung Health app to show the same as my wife's ?

Workouts This Week specifically

MY WIFES

Tried everything, both setup the same but hers looks different

Hi! Open health app- top right click the 3 dots- click edit home- click the + button at the top. Once you add new stuff they normally go to the bottom, drag them to where you want them to go

It's already on my main screen, but look at the pictures my wife's Workouts This Week looks different, I want mine to look the same
