Just got notified from DPD they have my samsung package  - case & charger (for leaving the review) ... should be with me next 48 hours so all good on that front as was never sure if the review I left actually went through.

I left review last month cant remember what date - i have not got it yet but it is transit as of this morning according to the alerts I got from DPD

I just got intouch with samsung shop now and they told me to track the status on the website with the current order tracking which is the one which you ordered the phone UK253 etc it should show you if its preparing for dispatch or any other update as I just did now and it shows preparing for dispatch

Mine is also on the way, I redid my review yesterday as I had forgotten to add star rating, but my original review was done on the 6th
