Hello @Gabi629 👋
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
You could try clearing the cache of your Bluetooth and then try again.
Settings > Apps > Tap on the little line icon at the Rh side and choose Show System Apps > Scroll down to Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
I assume your phone can see other Bluetooth devices ok 👍

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Same problem with my Bluetooth earbuds, before s25 I used s23 never experience this problem. I think s25 Bluetooth too many problems, besides the problem with the earbuds, I also had connection problems with Android Auto which often disconnected, this is also something I never experienced when using the S23.

Just saw something about this on reddit but forgot the exact steps, basically Bluetooth LE devices without names are hidden by default. You can enable developer mode (look up how, I don't rememeber) and change a bluetooth setting to show all BTLE devices.
Other users also reported good results from turning off all other connectivity, wifi, cellular, location, etc and reattempting the pairing.

Done this too enable all BTLE and and re-pairing all my Bluetooth earbuds but the problem remain same. And I tried clear cache in Bluetooth apps and wipe cache partition on recovery mode but cannot fix my Bluetooth sometime connected to my earbuds but no sound on my earbuds

I am facing a similar issue since 5-6 days! My buds 3 pro connect but I don't hear any sounds from apps. If I restart the phone, it works perfectly for a while and then the same issue. Went to the service center as well, they said to do a factory reset. I did ( such a hassle ), and still the same problem is occurring.

If WhatsApp is installed on your S35 and the Bluetooth problem is that it is connected but there is no sound, you can try opening the settings, looking for apps and looking for WhatsApp, then try force closing WhatsApp. After that try running music again is the problem solved? Because I tried this way my problem disappeared, there is probably a problem with the WhatsApp
