S25 Ultra Camera issues x5 zoom

Anyone else having issues with their camera on S25 Ultra?

Anytime I try to take a snap, I can only take good pics below x5. 

Anything above x5 is super blurry and looks ultra processed. 

Called support today about it and the lady was an absolute unit of a nonsense person. Took it personal and scolded me. She said I can try a factory reset to se if it fixes it or send my phone to repair and remain without a phone until then. Absolute heap of nonsense. 

Left the call dumbfounded and very disappointed. 

Ive been a long term Samsung fan and brag about buying all my appliances and smarphones from Samsung for ages. 

Zero customer loyalty and service. 

Extremely disappointed.

Got the same problem.  Update did not help a bit.  If you shake your phone violently it will focus again.  First time I called customer support a very competent guy told me it was a HW issue with the tele lense. 2nd call they told me it's an SW issue.  Will call support again tomorrow. This is not acceptable for a 1500€ phone.

Don't get fooled if you point at something close,  even in tele mode it will switch to macro camera without telling you.

I have the same problem.  Have had the phone for about 4 weeks and only just noticed today. Software is the latest and have cleared camera cache and data, and problem still exists.  In pro mode, if using 'Telephoto' can zoomed up to 12x without blur.  When in 'Supertelephoto' it's blurred from the default zoom at 5x all the way to 20x.

Has anyone been able to have this rectified?
