S25 Ultra Camera issues x5 zoom

Anyone else having issues with their camera on S25 Ultra?

Anytime I try to take a snap, I can only take good pics below x5. 

Anything above x5 is super blurry and looks ultra processed. 

Called support today about it and the lady was an absolute unit of a nonsense person. Took it personal and scolded me. She said I can try a factory reset to se if it fixes it or send my phone to repair and remain without a phone until then. Absolute heap of nonsense. 

Left the call dumbfounded and very disappointed. 

Ive been a long term Samsung fan and brag about buying all my appliances and smarphones from Samsung for ages. 

Zero customer loyalty and service. 

Extremely disappointed.

I know you are disappointed, but the camera is actually good. Maybe you can take the phone to a Samsung shop and ask one of the operators to have a look at it, instead of sending the phone for repairs. At the shop they have seen many phones and they wilp be able to tell you if there is something wrong with it.

Ok so the issue seems to be resolved now !!!!! I think the lens wasn't focusing right. So i tried to put an object in between the camera and the picture I was trying to take to force the camera to focus on the foreground and background. Played around with it a few times and it seems to be taking good pics now. X3 x5 x10

Hope this helps anyone who has similar issues.

Are you trying to zoom with 200MP or something? If so, this will be the reason why it looks so poor. Put it to 50MP or 12MP for optical 5x.

Issue is back up and no amount of manual forced focusing is resolving it now. Lol😂😂😂 it's a joke.

I'm finding the camera so much worse than the S23 Ultra I have. I'll probably return this as a lot of people on forums are saying the same

The thought has crossed my mind as well. I come from a Note 20 Ultra and it had better camera than this one. The camera was easier to use and no AI pixelation.

There was an update pushed yesterday and the issue seems to have been fixed. 🙏

exactly the same issue. 

When zooming in the picture jumps dramatically when zooming in. And the picture is extremely blurry. Way worse than you would expect from a a flagship phone.

I have check S25 Ultra handsets in a Samsung store and those phones have not such problems.

There was an update released this week that helps a lil bit with this issue.
