S25 Box Discount Code

I received my s25 ultra on Monday and inside inside the box there is a QR code for 30% off buds, watches and rings valid until 31.3.2025. The discount code that the link generates does not work. I've spoken to 4 different customer service agents and still no solution.

Each time you scan the QR code a new discount code is generated not one of them works. The link even says "unboxing code " within the url.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a resolution?

Did you do anything different? I can't get mine to work. My email thread with support is now 22 messages long 😭

I took a picture of the QR code and then used AI to copy the QR and it took me to Samsung and at the top of the page in a blue banner it's say the 30% code so copied and pasted in Samsung shop at the check out and it worked for me

I just can't seem to get it to work. The blue banner isn't appearing now. It's so frustrating and customer service don't seem to have a clue.

Pull your screen down to refresh the page and wait 5 to 10 seconds the blue banner should appear
