When you order the S25 from Samsung you get a 30% discount code when you scan the QR code printed on the delivery box but when you try and buy accessories using that code, it says it is invalid. Is there a way around this?

I assume scanning the Qr Code via other devices brings about the same issue.
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

If so then I would suggest to call Samsung Customer Services to ask them to look at this for you.

Samsung emailed me to say it only applies to rings, buds and watches and not accessories. But the screen advert says "accessories". What a bunch of crooks.
