S25 Box Discount Code

I received my s25 ultra on Monday and inside inside the box there is a QR code for 30% off buds, watches and rings valid until 31.3.2025. The discount code that the link generates does not work. I've spoken to 4 different customer service agents and still no solution.

Each time you scan the QR code a new discount code is generated not one of them works. The link even says "unboxing code " within the url.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a resolution?

Note: posted in this forum as the samsung offers forum was showing a server error when saving post.

Some codes are intended to be used only in the Samsung App... and not on the website.

Also some codes cannot be stacked or used with other discounts. I.e. if having the benefit of an employee or student discount.

Is there anything in the terms and conditions that you have missed ?

Do you have the same offer code via the store of the samsung app ?

I've tried a mobile browser, the app, a PC browser, applying it to different products, removing the dashes etc.

Read all of the t&cs and they just state valid until 31.03.2025.

It's very frustrating. 🫠

Strange. Perhaps wait a short time and try again. Maybe there is also a caveat that you need to have had the phone for at least the 14 day cooling period before it can be used... to avoid people using discounts and then sending the phone back.

You could ask customer support, although just expect this is a very busy time with them since release and it may be a long and frustrating wait.

I also wonder why I didn't get a similar code in my own package 🤔😂

It's on the underside flap of the cardboard box. I almost missed it!

Haha... I have just found it. Don't you find it takes you to a registration page for your s25 to update your registration of the device ? I don't see it giving me a discount code though 🤔
