I have to say that i prefer the more natural look, but everyone to their own choices and opinions.
I guess one reason I buy the ultra phones with their raw capture ability, pro modes, focal length, new log video option ... is to learn a bit more about setting the camera up myself.
Don't get me wrong... there is a definately a use case for a simple point and shoot occasion to capture something spontaneous etc... but actually I do like to set my exposure and focus settings and really drill down into the 'artistic side' of the photography.
If all i wanted was to point and shoot, then i wouldn't buy an elaborate setup with many camera lenses... i would rather just the s25 base or plus.
Nice pictures and comparisons
👏. Really the beauty is in the 'eye of the beholder' , and if you like the more colourful contrast than the more natural, then that is all that matters
