I've got the new s25 ultra like 2 weeks ago and now all of a sudden the image showed in the camera app before taking a photo completely freeze after zooming over 3.0x but the app doesn't crash.

This is very odd. Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear cache. Restart your device.
Boot into Safe mode and see if any other apps are conflicting.
Be sure to check the forums, too, for others with similar experiences.
Go to Samsung Members > Support > Diagnostics. Run the tests.
Worse case, you may need to contact Samsung support.

Hello 👋 @Members_3kv25vK
There is a diagnostic tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
Then if necessary >
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
