Pre-order vouchers

So placed my pre-order through EPP. I was able to use the £50 off voucher but not the £100 reserve voucher as it kept giving the "email not matched" error. (I understand that no one was able to use that code on EPP).

So today, I got another email with the £100 off code.. which effectively make the phone cheaper by £50.. 

The dilemma is, that the trade in IMEI is locked to the pre-order which means I can't place another order until previous one is cancelled and all admin is completed.. however doing this would mean I may miss the 27 Jan deadline.

Just annoyed that you feel missed out on opportunity.. £50 extra would have been good.. another Samsung classic !!!

Does your trade in handset have a second IMEI? I had this problem last year that my IMEI was locked to a cancelled order so I used the second IMEI for a new order that was accepted.

It does yes.. I'm reluctant to use that to avoid any headaches later.. it's Samsung Customer Services we are talking about here

I also had the same issue on EPP and wasn't able to use all my codes. I ended up giving up on the one code that didn't work and ordered anyway.

To be quite honest, and having read last year about some customers trying to cancel and with intention to reorder in similar circumstances to this, and there were many complaints on this forum that got messy and they missed the preordering deadline.

As a customer myself, then I would personally just suffer the loss of that one code and leave the order in place.

Just being honest based around the issues I have read on here in recent years.

P.s. The EPP price and the codes that would work, with the freebies and all... still represents a great price in my opinion.

I cancelled 2 times because silly me forgot to enter some codes or choosing wrong colour. I got cancellation notification within 10 mins
And reordered and it accepted my imei each time

Obviously that's just my experience, if you do it to and it doesn't and miss promo don't blame me. But really I cancelled 2 times

Don't think it will work as they are linked to an email

Ppl have used PA1 codes which werent account specific

They must be lucky.. I tried to use 2 last night for another order and it wouldn't work
