Why can't you trade in a S24FE ?

I'm looking to get the Samsung S25+ and I've gone on to the website and I want to trade in my Samsung s24FE but the model isn't listed for trade in.

Why? All the other FE models are listed

@Aide199a: The Galaxy S24 FE is not included in the list of eligible Trade-in devices due to the relatively short amount of time that it has been on the market, having been released in October 2024. This is normal for a device in the flagship S range. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause you.

yes, and the only option giving is to select Other models and trade in for £ 50???
