I never expected this from @SamsungIndia, but here’s how they cheated me after I fully paid ₹75,000 for my #GalaxyS25 pre-order! 📱❌
🔹 Pre-Reserved & Paid in Full (Jan 2025)
🔹 Samsung Delayed the Order (Feb 2025)
🔹 Marked the Order as ‘Delivered’ but Sent Only a Free Watch! ⌚
🔹 After Multiple Complaints, They Admitted a “Technical Glitch” 🤦
🔹 Then Canceled My Order Without Consent & Forced a Refund! 💰❌
This is fraud, unfair trade practice, and breach of contract! Samsung not only failed to deliver my phone but also lied about cancellation and refused to compensate for their mistake.
I am taking legal action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and urge others facing similar issues to speak up and fight back!

Unfortunately you have posted this in the UK forum so i suggest you post it in your own region forum. Also they refunded you so it is not fraud and not a scam, you can reorder it and you got a free watch to keep so that is a form of compensation.
