Modes and Routines issue

Started exploring Modes and Routines recently and something weird started happening, when opening the Modes and Routines settings, in that there is just a spinning circle logo which doesn't dissappear until I reboot the phone and nothing can be selected with the spinning logo in place. 

It comes back immediately when I choose an option or mode. 

Anyone else observed this? Any fix suggestions?

This is happening to me, some people suggested solutions but none worked for me, you may wanna try just in case.

I have 4.9.04.13 and is working fine
I guess when yours and others is updated it will resolve current issue(s)

Yeah, every time I go into modes and routines and pick one, the app locks up. Tried clearing cache/data even reset app, no joy. Uninstalling updates works but then can't add any actions for phone. Bugged

your response is not useful... your version 4.9.04.13 is not available in Asian regions

tried on my S25+. I uninstalled the update, reverting back to factory version 4.8.01.38. I also deleted data and cache. now the app does not hang, but when I try to create a new routine, the app does not list any if conditions or any settings to use. the lists are blank.

i have exactly the same issue. restarted phone, cleared cache and data, nothing works. i have the latest version available in the store for my phone, 4.8.04.0.
