Modes and routines not triggering Do Not Disturb

Do not disturb on my Samsung s25 won't turn on or off in modes and routines anymore if power saving is also set to trigger at the same time. This is happening since the One UI 8 update. 

If I split the routines up, DND still won't come on if they are set for the same time. It only works if DND is set to trigger first then power saving at least a minute later. DND does not turn off in the morning either like it used to. 

Why can't I fix this??

Its bugged it doesnt work at all. Nothing to do with your power saving.

For me it seems to be the schedule from routines in "Do not disturb" thats causing the problem. 
If the routine is set to not revert the setting for DnD the schedule persists and the routine won't activate DnD anymore. 

If I set the routine to revert DnD, the schedule deletes itself when the routine stops and everything "works". 
Except that I want to keep DnD on after the routine stops. This worked before the update to ONE UI 8.
