Issues with samsung s25 ultra

Hello guys

When I started up my new samsung s25 ultra the phone was gletching. There was some red colour blinking, so I reseted my phone. The red colour then stopped. Afterwards I have had problems with my screen freezing for some seconds and then starts responding again. At the same time the camera is very bad. The pictures taken with my samsung s25 ultra are blurred and like washed out. I even made a camera comparision for fun to see the difference between my samsung s20 fe and samsung s25 ultra. The results showed my samsung s20 fe having more clear pictures and colour. I tried reset camera settings on my new phone but its still the same. Only in zoom my samsung s25 ultra did a better job. How is that even possible?

Im not sure what to do now, because I bought covers, screen protectors etc, for my new phone and I bought the phone, because I needed more storage. Is this a general issue with the phone, or is mine just acting weird? Because im unsure if I should return and buy again..

No it isn't a general issue @Simon2589 

My phone isn't displaying those issues. 

Have the phone replaced is my advice.

Can't say mine has had any of these issues you seem to be facing. Definitely not normal, but I've never had a single phone with anything close to these problems. Honestly if I had, I wouldn't be asking about it here, it'd be on it's way back for refund or repair.

Thank you! Good to know, that it is not a general issue, which an update can fix. I will call samsung tomorrow and send the phone back

Thanks for answering. Yeah I get you. I was just unsure if I should send it back and get a new one, or just keep my samsung s20fe until it dies. I will call samsung tomorrow and send it back

The S25 Ultra has been pretty awful here.

The OIS on the 5X is completely messed up. It isn't nearly as effective as the one from the same camera on the S24 Ultra.

I my opinion as i have nothing but problems the s25 ultra is the worst peace of ***** Samsung has ***** out its awful the keyboard makes you have to retype everything 50 times over because it just totally ignores you and it constantly shuts apps your on for literally no reason other than to ***** you off the only thing that works sort of it the AI! Also this shape is terrible i miss my s24 ultra that i still have although Samsung screwed that up on its first update i really don't know why i buy these ***** phones anymore its a really depressing experience spending £1250 on a ***** paper weight!

My samsung s25 ultra also started shutting down apps by itself. I returned it and I am so glad I did. Now I'm back to using my samsung s20 fe haha

Yeah I'm just pissed because i have every one of the Samsung ultra's but this one is by far the worst i still use my s24 ultra because it kinda works better 😅
