Basic question re Camera

In addition to all the choices I have when I open the Camera, is there a Settings - gear/cog'?

I do have the Camera Assistant app.

For some reason I thought there was a Settings gear/cog icon in Camera.

(Incidentally, I open Camera by double pressing the Power button and also double tap to change front / rear cameras.)

Never mind, found it.  

One must tap on the circle with four dots and then click on that Settings gear/cog.
