Is this a user interface issue?

It appear to happen on several apps, this is the Nike sneakers app and at the bottom of the app doesn't go any higher, meaning half the notify me message is missing. Is this a Samsung issue, one ui issue, Nike app issue. 

It also happens with WhatsApp, where I open the app and have to scroll down to see the latest message.

As in you can't scroll within Nike app?

I can scroll up and down, but when I scroll to the bottom, that's as far as I can go.

Here's another example with the pill on music players, this is dreadful.

I get this with Amazon on every device, I learned to wait a bit to allow the page to upload (for some reason uploading seems to be the issue, no matter the network connection), and i avoid pressing the picture when I want to scroll. Sometimes it takes ages until it let's me scroll.

I've never had this issue, it wasn't an issue when I first got the phone. Not sure if anybody else has the snkrs Nike app to check if it's just my phone

Can't test it as it asking for sign up. Is this recent that it gets stuck? Other pages too? Maybe clear data for the app

I think sometimes they update the apps and sites and they create issues. I don't think it's a phone problem, but you can try to clear the app's cache and see if that helps.

Do you have the issue above when playing music and only 3 quarters of the app appears
