I haven't received anything either. I've emailed the support team. Yet to have an answer, will let you know

Its been 16 days since I received my S25Ultra still no email with review link yet so only have 14 days left to submit my review

They sent me a link via the chat as weren't sure why I hadn't received one yet. Wouldn't let me click submit though so still waiting and hoping my email comes

So, a number of members new and old have asked about the process for the Promotional Gifts of a charger and case when you leave a review of your S25 Series device.

Here we go:.. 

Firstly this guidance relates only to orders direct from Samsung.com

Your email should come 14 days from date of order or delivery. Some members say they got theirs 14 days from date of delivery. If you haven't had the email, reach out to Samsung Customer Services who will send you the generic link. Be sure to quote your order number and the email address you used when ordering as part of the review you leave so they can link you to the order. Once you have written your review, click submit then go back to the top of the page. You'll get something like this on screen. 

YOU WILL NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. 

Recommends you screen shot this. 

Wait 30 days then enjoy your promotional gifts.

Most people are complaining about either not receiving the email or being unable to submit the review once they received the email.

Please remember this forum is for all users. We have seen many posts from people who don't know how to claim, this post is for them.

As for your comment of people saying they didn't receive the email, which part of....

"REACH OUT TO SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO WILL SEND YOU THE GENERIC LINK...... BE SURE TO QUOTE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU IDES WHEN ORDERING....." doesn't answer the question for those who didn't get the email?

My brother got his email on 6th Feb, and his S25 was delivered on 1st Feb ! I didn't get an email (delivered 1st Feb too) so went on chat and got a link from them and did it and got the same message on the screen as posted here i.e. "thanks for your feedback, your free starter kit will be sent shortly"
