Hi! I believe this is a firmware issue—the only solution I've found is

I do not believe there is a way to prevent this from happening, but there is a way to mute the notification. Shortly after rebooting your device, go to Settings / Notifications / Advanced Settings / Notification History. You should see a notification from Call Settings; press the down arrow, and this will expose the text body of the notification. Tap on the text body of the notification, and this will take you to the notification settings for SIM Manager. There, you can mute, silence, or minimize the notification.

Restart your device, and you will no longer be notified to tap to update SIM info. The phone will still generate the notification, but it will simply not inform you. This is a workaround to avoid being pestered every time you restart.

Use the send feedback button in Samsung members, send a report about it and hopefully its fixed in the next update. The s25 series haven't had a single update yet. So I wouldn't be super worried about software bugs. They'll be collecting all the bugs and fixing them in the first/next system update

Hello @SRS76

I'm with o2 also but use a physical card so I cannot advise if this is a phone software problem.

If it was a One Ui⁷ bug I would have expected to see more posts on this.

I'm also not seeing any relevant posts on the o2 forum.

It might be worth just performing this ~ Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings.

There is also a diagnostic tool found in the Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

I would also suggest to contact o2 Customer services to see if they can advise anything.

A interim resolution could be to move from an eSim to a Physical Card 🤔

I agree the Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra is a fantastic phone 👌

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I'm with Vodafone and I've come across this issue as well so I assume it's one that samsung needs to fix.

I'm with Vodafone and I have been experiencing this with every phone from s24 ultra to s25 ultra, this is happening only with "eSim". Does not affect physical sim at all. I have tried posting feedback UI7 beta regarding this issue.

I had the same issue with my S24 Ultra and still have with my S25 Ultra.

My provider is Vodafone (in the Netherlands).

I don't know if this is a Samsung issue or a Vodafone issue.
