I've been using Nova launcher for years. Never found a better launcher and I think I've tried them all. Love how you can change the look easily.

Total launcher is best laucher for android phones. Also futable fold 6

I've been using the Microsoft Launcher, a free launcher, for several years. 

It allows grids of up to 12 by 12 on the Home page(s) and App page(s), and a drop down for Favorites (or the Dock), the apps that appear on the bottom of one's Home page.

It's easy to use and costs nothing.
