I swapped my s24 ultra to get the S25 ultra..

To be honest I don't see the slightest difference and now I want my S24 back.. the problem now is I already sent my S24 back to Samsung. Is it possible to get it back so I can return the s25

Not likely, and even if you could, Samsung charge you a 20% restocking fee

Personally I notice a huge difference between 24U and S25U, better battery, speed, performance and camera

There's no reason to upgrade every year unless you're a power user
If youre a casual user ofc you won't notice a difference
They made the s25 for people will s23 and before to consider jumping ship

I didn't upgrade, well I cancelled my upgrade after a think. There's no real need to upgrade every year to be honest. I'm not a power user or a gamer. So may as well get your monies worth out of the S24U before trading. It's still a fantastic phone.

Hi! The thing is with this is the main different is the UI7 and the fact the newer chip has 30% faster CPU, 37% faster GPU, and 40% faster NPU speeds compared to last year's flagship- to me that's incredible.
Upgrading yearly isn't for everyone, there's not really a substantial change in a single year. They're incredibly fast compared, but it takes a lot to use their full potential.

As for getting your old one back there is a 20% restocking fee- so its down to what you deam worth it.

Like everyone is saying they isn't the need to upgrade every year. I waited three years to upgrade.

With my new contact with O2 I can swap my device every 90 days but tovme that would be a huge waste, yes O2 can refurbished devices that way so they aren't out of pocket in doing so. But man!"

For myself I'm seeing significant improvements in the S25 Ultra versus S24 Ultra.....

Most notably:

Cameras are better on S25U
Battery life is better
Screen is better, sharper
One UI7 is better (further to go)
S25 Ultra is quicker (noting S24U was fast anyway)
Screen will go brighter
Speakers are much louder

And I haven't really got going yet..... 😊

To answer your other question though about getting your old device back.....

Almost zero chance. MTR will be receiving many thousands of devices at the moment so once your old device was booked in, it's done.

Also as mentioned above, you'll incur a 20% deduction on refund as your S25 Ultra has been opened and set up.
