Yesterday, I changed my s24 plus phone to s25 plus from Samsung store. I did all the setups but I noticed that the face recognition feature did not work after a while. I noticed that it was fixed after restarting the phone and it did not work again after a while. I deleted and recreated the face recognition data many times and it is always the same. I am sending my settings as a picture. There was no such problem in s24 plus, I hope it is a software problem and they will fix it with an update after a while. Is there anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hello, this problem is fixed, I waited a while to make sure it was fixed. I don't understand how it was fixed.
The last Samsung support line wanted to connect to my phone remotely and look at it, we agreed on a date, I understood that the problem was fixed the day before but I hadn't done anything.
The Samsung support that connected remotely said that there was no problem with my phone. I also said that the problem hadn't occurred since yesterday.
Maybe an unofficial service update was made.
There is no problem for now. My old Samsung was 24+ (with exynos 2400) and I wanted to switch to Snapdragon Elite. I am very glad I changed it because the s25+ is really fast and I felt its power.

@Omer Arslan: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue on your Galaxy S25+. Please note if you use your face as a screen lock method, your face cannot be used to unlock the screen for the first time after turning on the device. To use the device, you must unlock the screen using the pattern, PIN, or password you set when registering the face.
For better Face recognition, please consider the following:
• Consider the conditions when registering, such as wearing glasses, hats, masks, beards, or heavy makeup
• Ensure that you are in a well-lit area and that the camera lens is clean when registering
• Ensure your image is not blurry for better match results
When registering your face I also recommend selecting 'Add alternative appearance to enhance recognition' and adding an alternate appearance to see if you notice an improvement.

Hello, as I said, after restarting the phone it works very quickly without any problems maybe 1-2 hours without any problems, I tested it very often. It works perfectly every time in the dark or in the light. But I don't understand what happened, it suddenly stops working.

It very much could be a software issue, hopefully an update helps.
Maybe try deleting face and
setting up again if you haven't.
Maybe try contacting samsung support chat, worst case send off under manufactuer warrenty?

Hello 👋 @Omer Arslan and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
There is a diagnostic tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
Feedback can be sent to Samsung via your Samsung Members App for Samsung to analyse.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
